Job summary

Worley, a global energy and resources company, seeks a Senior Construction Supervisor – I&C to oversee Instrumentation and Control construction activities for oil & gas projects in the UAE, ensuring safety and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in I&C systems, DCS/SCADA, P&IDs, and coordination with multi-discipline teams, with a strong emphasis on HSE and quality standards. UAE GCC regional exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Minimum 5 years in GCC region and 3+ years in similar roles on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Instrumentation and Control construction activities at site.
• Supervise installation of field instruments, control valves, analyzers and related I&C equipment.
• Coordinate instrument calibration, loop testing and commissioning readiness.
