Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to lead I&C systems for major oil & gas projects in the UAE. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, define instrument and control system specifications, and ensure safe, compliant delivery from FEED through detailed design.

Responsibilities include design oversight, budgeting, schedule control, and strong client interaction to achieve project milestones. On-site execution and collaboration with PMs and vendors are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Instrumentation Engineering (preferably Chartered).
Experience with ADNOC standards and I&C systems in oil & gas projects.
Strong leadership, safety awareness and design integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee instrumentation and control systems for large oil and gas projects.
Develop discipline work plans and supervise I&C engineers and designers.
Specify instruments, controllers and control systems; manage budgets and schedules.
Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with clients, procurement and construction for timely delivery.
