Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, seeks a qualified Hygiene and Food Safety professional to safeguard culinary operations across kitchens, restaurants, storage and service areas. You will lead inspections, implement HACCP practices and work with Culinary, Stewarding, F&B and Engineering teams to uphold luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year track record in food safety, HACCP certification, knowledge of UAE regulations, and strong English communication.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years in food safety, hygiene supervision or QA.
Diploma/degree in Food Science or related field preferred.
HACCP certification required.
Sound knowledge of UAE regulations and food safety management systems.
Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across kitchens, restaurants, storage and other handling areas.
Conduct routine hygiene inspections and internal audits per HACCP principles and local regulations.
Monitor storage, temperature controls, labeling, date marking and safe handling practices.
Identify hygiene risks, document non-compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain HACCP documentation, inspection records and cleaning schedules.
Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, F&B and Engineering teams to address hygiene concerns.
Conduct food safety and hygiene training, including allergen awareness and safe handling.
Monitor cleaning, sanitisation and chemical usage; support pest control activities.
Assist with external inspections and regulatory audits; verify training compliance.
Promote a culture of food safety awareness across the resort.
