Job summary

Sun Power-Gen (Engineering) in Dubai, UAE seeks a Sales Engineer specializing in sealing solutions. You will identify customer needs, advise on technical sealing options, prepare quotations, and drive sales growth across oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, manufacturing, marine, and construction sectors.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of seals and can build long-term customer relationships while delivering effective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Diploma in mechanical, industrial, polymer engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial sealing products or related areas.
• Solid understanding of sealing technologies and industrial applications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities for sealing products and engineered materials.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals; coordinate with suppliers.
• Process orders and monitor delivery; maintain CRM records.
