The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) is a pivotal role responsible for providing integrated, end-to-end HR support aligned with Sanad’s aviation and aero-engine MRO business priorities. Acting as the lead HR advisor for the assigned business area, the Senior HRBP delivers senior-level guidance across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and engagement. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the role will evolve to supervise a Senior Specialist - HRBP, ensuring quality and consistency in HR services. Working closely with the Group Head of HR and HR Centers of Excellence, the Senior HRBP translates enterprise HR strategies into actionable people plans and serves as the principal link between business needs and coordinated HR solutions.
We seek a seasoned HR professional with 10 to 12 years of progressive experience, including senior HR business partnering or comparable leadership roles, preferably within aviation, MRO, aerospace, or technical industries. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a Master’s degree and recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR partnering, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations is essential. Strong business acumen in aviation MRO operations, proven ability to influence in a matrix environment, and experience leading HR initiatives that drive measurable improvements are critical. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with readiness to supervise and develop HR team members as the function expands.
