Job summary

Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) seeks a dedicated HSE professional to support health and safety programs across the DHCC ecosystem in Dubai. You will help implement safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and support audits to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or safety/environment management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or safety/environment management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience in similar environments.
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA or related safety standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Health and Safety programs across DHCC.
• Assists in risk assessments, incident investigations, and evaluations to mitigate HSE risks.
• Supports audits to ensure ISO, OSHA, and Dubai Government regulations compliance.
• Reviews and improves HSE procedures and practices to enhance safety and productivity.
• Aids in emergency preparedness and disaster management activities, including drills.
