Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to provide leadership and assurance across corporate and operational environments in Dubai. You will implement and improve the Health, Safety & Environment Management System, coordinate with regulators, and drive group-wide safety initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and NEBOSH Diploma, with 5+ years in HSE roles, and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Dubai Municipality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; NEBOSH National or International Diploma preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System across DHE.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance and standards.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and monitoring for compliance.
• Coordinate with regulators, including Dubai Municipality.
• Drive safety performance monitoring and near-miss reporting.
• Provide hands-on HSE expertise to operations in leisure and entertainment environments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
