Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• HSE professionals with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain HSE documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local HSE regulations.
• Perform routine site inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve workplace safety.
• Review engineering documents to ensure safety requirements are incorporated.
• Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
• Deliver HSE awareness programs and safety training for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and assist with root cause analysis.
• Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Work closely with project and engineering teams to promote a strong safety culture.
