Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior HSE Manager to lead HSSE activities for EPC/FEED projects, ensuring sustainable, safe handover to the Owner, and compliance with Owner and regulatory standards. You will champion safety culture, mentor HSE professionals, and drive performance across project teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, ADNOC project experience, offshore exposure, and PMC, FEED and EPC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Fifteen (15+) years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experiences is required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals such as Sr.HSE Engineers, Sr.HSE officers and others.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of HSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; implement annual HSE plans.
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and communicate trends and improvements.
• Ensure construction HSE plans meet Owner’s expectations and regulatory standards.
• Oversee HSE input during EPC phases and verify contractor conformance.
• Coordinate with Owner’s Operations and HSSE management for risk mitigation.
