Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer / HSE Officer for UAE-based ADNOC projects, including offshore operations. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining HSE systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices to promote a strong safety culture across project sites.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of UAE experience, NEBOSH IG C, IOSH, and offshore certifications, with proven ability to manage PTW, risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7–10 years of UAE HSE experience, with ADNOC project experience.
• NEBOSH IG C certified mandatory
• IOSH certification
• OPITO offshore safety certifications
• Additional HSE certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain HSE systems per ADNOC standards and UAE regulations.
• Monitor and enforce HSE standards across onshore & offshore activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification studies.
• Develop and implement mitigation measures to reduce risks.
• Maintain HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001.
• Provide HSE support for offshore projects and ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations.
• Oversee PTW processes and verify contractor compliance.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and drills.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and participate in safety evaluations.
