Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks an HSE Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of HSE manuals and safety programs for projects. You will identify high-risk activities, conduct risk assessments, and propose control procedures while auditing contractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

You will participate in incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and support emergency planning and training to foster a culture of safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or engineering.
• 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in HSE engineering, inspection and management.
• Proficient in technical writing and HSE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews, and updates HSE manuals and programs for projects.
• conducts risk assessments and recommends control procedures.
• Performs audits on contractors and equipment for HSE compliance.
• Leads incident investigations and prepares management reports.
• Coordinates with managers to implement emergency plans and safety measures.
• Delivers HSE training and ensures continuous improvement across sites.
