Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks an experienced HSE Manager to supervise and advance health, safety and environment programs across projects in Abu Dhabi. Lead risk assessments, audits, and compliance with ADNOC policies.

You will guide site teams, coordinate with contractors, and develop annual HSE plans and reporting. A bachelor in engineering or science and at least eight years in safety roles are required, with strong English and digital skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or science required.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in safety engineering and HSE management systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and worksite risk controls.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Safety and Health Program and monitor implementation.
• Install and maintain health, safety and environmental systems.
• Prepare annual HSE letters for top management and reports.
• Lead preparation of Sustainability or HSE reports for executives.
• Provide guidance to construction sites on safety and environmental matters.
