Job summary

Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to implement and monitor health, safety, and environment requirements across major road and infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with client, ADOSH, and UAE regulations, and conduct regular inspections while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related field), and a NEBOSH

Qualifications

• HSE knowledge and UAE ADOSH regulations.
• Experience with road/infrastructure project HSE management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma/IGC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE requirements on Abu Dhabi and Al Ain projects.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks; maintain HSE records.
• Coordinate with project management to promote a zero-incident culture.
