Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer for a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and ISO 45001, while driving a strong safety culture on infrastructure and building sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, NEBOSH IGC, and Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, with 12+ years of HSE experience in large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
• Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (International)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) and ISO 45001 standards
• Review RAMS, JSA, and Risk Assessments
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce compliance
• Prepare HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all project activities
