Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or engineering.
• 8 years of experience, incl. 4+ years in HSE engineering, inspection and management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates HSE standards, procedures and guidelines for projects and contractors.
• Plans and prepares safety, health and environmental impact studies for new projects.
• Identifies high‑risk activities and conducts risk assessments with control recommendations.
• Audits contractors and equipment for HSE compliance and effectiveness.
• Participates in incident investigations and reports with preventive actions.
• Coordinates emergency plans and staff training to ensure readiness.
