Job summary
ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior HSE Engineer to monitor and drive HSE performance across group operations. The role acts as a focal point for HSE management system implementation and supports related functions and personnel with recommendations and feedback to improve incident resolution and HSE development projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.
- 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years as Safety or HSE Engineer.
- Experience in HSE project implementation, HSE inspection, and HSE systems.
- Experience in drilling, operations, construction, petrochemicals and refinery.
Responsibilities
- Review reports, feedback and inputs by Group Companies to ensure aligned and timely support for any HSE related matter.
- Monitor the HSE compliance and performance, and participate in high-impact HSE inspections to ensure standards.
- Provide support; facilitate understanding of HSE Management System and COPs for ADNOC and Group Companies.
- Revise purchasing standards to ensure equipment/material meet safety codes and latest tech.
- Contribute to safety program development and ensure availability of safety manuals and posters.
