Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer to oversee HSE performance across Abu Dhabi plant operations. The role ensures compliance with company standards and drives the effective implementation of HSE management systems.

You will conduct inspections, assess operational hazards and support incident resolution. The ideal candidate has eight+ years in HSE, with NEBOSH/NIOSH certification and hands-on experience in risk studies, training and emergency drills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in HSE management systems and compliance monitoring.
• Hands-on involvement in risk assessments and safety studies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE inspections across plant assets and activities.
• Verify inspection coverage meets safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead or participate in HAZOP/HAZID/TRA and risk assessment studies.
• Coordinate HSE training and emergency drills for personnel.
