Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.

The role covers risk assessment, incident investigations, HSE training, emergency planning, and continuous improvement to drive safety performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Energy, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, regulations and best practices.
• Experience on large-scale EPC projects is highly desirable.
• Professional HSE certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety assessments to identify non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Develop Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Method Statements for high-risk activities.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
• Organize emergency drills and maintain emergency plans.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare management reports.
