Senior HSE Engineer – High-Rise Construction (UAE)

Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned HSE Engineer – Civil / Construction in Dubai with 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in high-rise projects. You will implement HSE management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, perform risk assessments, audits, and lead investigations to foster zero-incident safety culture.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and authorities, maintain records, and deliver training and safety programs across sites. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science or OH&S.
• NEBOSH IGC mandatory and SARS/SARSS where applicable.
• Minimum 10 years UAE/GCC HSE experience in high-rise construction.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE management systems across high-rise sites.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, investigations, and training.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, clients, and regulators on HSE matters.
• Maintain HSE records, permits, and trainings; drive continuous improvement.
