Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT program, portfolio, or delivery management experience.
• 5+ years leading HR technology portfolios.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale HR transformations and budgets.
• Strong vendor ecosystem management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR technology roadmap and transformation portfolio.
• Define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with HR, and corporate objectives.
• Prioritize investments based on value, risk, and resources.
• Establish governance, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Drive digitalization and AI-powered automation across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead large-scale HR technology programs from ideation to benefits realization.
• Partner with HR leadership and product owners; manage executive relationships.
