Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across transformation initiatives.
• Analyze the current landscape, processes, integrations, and technology stack to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define target-state architecture, transformation roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Provide consulting and advisory services to business and IT leadership teams.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technology decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture, and SAP best practices.
• Work with functional, technical, integration, data, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end solution consistency.

SAPS solution Architect:

Highly experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead architecture, solution design, and business transformation initiatives as part of its SAP Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP architecture expertise with exceptional consulting, stakeholder management, and solutioning capabilities.

The candidate must be capable of engaging with VP, Executive, and C-Level stakeholders, understanding business objectives, analyzing the current SAP landscape, recommending transformation strategies, and driving architecture decisions that align with the organization’s long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across transformation initiatives.
• Analyze the current application landscape, business processes, integrations, and technology stack to identify optimization and modernization opportunities.
• Define target-state architecture, transformation roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Provide strong consulting and advisory services to business and IT leadership teams.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technology decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.

Strong Solutioning Expectations

• Demonstrated ability to independently design and recommend enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
• Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend the most effective business and technical approach.
• Strong capability in business process re-engineering and transformation consulting.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and provide strategic recommendations rather than simply gather requirements.
• Drive solution blueprints, target operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Assess impacts across applications, integrations, security, data, reporting, and operational processes.
• Create executive-level business cases and articulate solution value, benefits, risks, and ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor capable of influencing key stakeholders and driving consensus on complex transformation decisions.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integrations, SAP BTP, cloud adoption, and enterprise design principles.
• Proven experience in solutioning large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience conducting assessments, architecture reviews, gap analysis, and roadmap creation.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
