Job summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced HR leader for our UAE operations in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labour Law, managing high-volume manpower and mobilization efforts across large construction projects.

You will supervise onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance and HR documentation, while driving key HR metrics and employee relations across sites. A strong leadership track record and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience within Tier 1 or large construction contracting companies.
• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law statutory compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in workforce mobilization, project HR operations and high-volume manpower management.
• Ability to oversee onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance and HR documentation compliance.
• Strong background in employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, visa processing, medicals and HR documentation compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics such as manpower utilization, turnover, absenteeism and productivity.
• Lead and mentor Site HR and Administration teams.
• Manage labour camps welfare standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Projects, Commercial and Leadership teams for stakeholder alignment.
