Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor for an experienced HR Manager. We're looking for a hands-on HR generalist who has led HR in construction / fit-out / manufacturing and can manage a high-volume site office workforce while ensuring full HR legal and HSE compliance.

You will lead the end-to-end HR function including talent acquisition, HR operations, government relations (PRO), camp management and HSE culture, acting as a strategic HR business partner to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years progressive HR experience including 3 years in an HR Manager role.
• Industry experience in construction, fit-out or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration processes and HSE requirements.
• Experience managing large diverse workforces including site-based staff.
• Proven track record in payroll operations, camp management and visa processing.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition & onboarding for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Oversee HR operations: payroll administration HRIS / employee records attendance and leave management.
• Manage government relations / PRO: visas work permits renewals and related documentation.
• Develop implement and enforce HR policies & procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Oversee camp / staff accommodation management and employee welfare.
• Drive employee engagement performance management and retention initiatives.
• Support employee relations: counselling grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure HSE compliance in coordination with QHSE teams and promote a strong safety culture.
• Contribute to workforce planning and HR inputs for organizational development.
