Job summary

Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) seeks a senior HR leader to drive performance management, succession planning and Emiratisation across the organisation. You will partner with the Head of HR and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable programmes that strengthen capability and retention, while aligning with DFSA workforce needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organisational development, psychology, education or a related discipline.
Professional qualification in HR, learning and development, coaching or a related field is desirable.
Minimum of 10 years' HR experience with substantial work in performance management, succession planning and Emiratisation.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of DFSA's performance management framework and related HR programmes.
Oversee Emiratisation and UAEN development initiatives including graduate and internship pathways.
Provide strategic advice to Head of HR and senior stakeholders on performance standards and talent pipelines.
Translate strategic priorities into annual plans, measures, governance, and MI.
