Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Dubai to serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving human capital strategies aligned with the Group's objectives. The role involves key responsibilities such as workforce planning, performance culture development, and change management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience and expertise in organizational development. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of AED 25,000 to AED 32,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or HRBP roles.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale change and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies.
• Develop and implement annual HR plans that support organizational growth.
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
