Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Strong hospitality investment analysis, financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in Big Four/advisory or real estate/hospitality investment teams.
• Ability to translate research into commercially relevant insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and valuation models to assess hospitality and real estate investment opportunities.
• Support investment proposals covering acquisitions, joint ventures, expansion, and valuation projects.
• Conduct detailed market research, tracking industry trends, hospitality operators, brand benchmarks and competitor performance.
• Analyse historical and current financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare compelling investment presentations, market assessments and management reports.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, five-year business plans and strategic investment planning.
• Maintain investment databases, benchmarks and performance indicators, working closely with internal teams across the group.
