Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Hook-up Engineer in the UAE to provide installation support and oversee all phases from design through commissioning. You will coordinate with clients, lead constructability reviews, and ensure workpacks align with project scope and safety standards.

The role requires ADNOC and offshore project experience, plus a track record of managing multi-discipline teams on large Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior role on major projects, GCC experience preferred.
• ADNOC and offshore project experience required; PMC and FEED/EPC exposure expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hook-up & Installation activities and coordinate with client throughout life-cycle.
• Chair constructability reviews and manage information flow between design, procurement and installation.
• Ensure workpacks meet scope, schedule and safety requirements; drive productivity improvements.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and project engineers to resolve fabrication and installation queries.
• Ensure shutdown requirements are identified and incorporated in workpacks.
