Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Hook-up Engineer to oversee hook-up and installation activities across EPC projects in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors. The role requires coordinating with the client to ensure construction methodologies meet specifications and deadlines.

You will chair constructability reviews and lead a multidisciplinary team, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in the field, ADNOC and offshore project exposure, PMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
• At least 5 years in GCC region preferred.
• ADNOC, offshore, PMC, FEED & EPC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hook-up & Installation support per client specs.
• Coordinate with client on construction & workpack clarity.
• Lead constructability reviews and liaise with fabrication teams.
• Ensure installation activities align with plans, schedules and budgets.
• Maintain professional relationships with client procurement and installation groups.
