Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore engineering or hook-up experience.
• Proven ability to lead planning and execution of offshore hook-up campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline-specific engineering preparation for offshore hook-up and completion activities.
• Prepare and review hook-up job cards with prerequisites, installation sequences, resources, and completion requirements.
• Develop discipline hook-up schedules and coordinate sequencing with other disciplines.
• Coordinate material delivery, warehouse receipt, and offshore delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure deadlines and quality expectations.
• Ensure hook-up activities comply with API/ISO standards and safety requirements.
