Job summary

Confidentiel in the UAE seeks an experienced Project Manager ( Civil Construction ) with 16–20 years of core building experience to lead high-rise projects of 50 floors or more. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is required, with proven delivery of major high-rise schemes and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will oversee end-to-end construction from planning through handover, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met while coordinating with consultants,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 16–20 years of overall experience in core building construction
• Extensive experience with a reputed main contractor
• Last company must have experience executing high-rise buildings of at least 50 floors
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting and execution
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete execution of high-rise building construction projects from commencement to successful handover.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including construction, engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE and MEP departments.
• Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, resource allocation and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal management.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, UAE construction regulations and HSE standards.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain effective project documentation and ensure successful project handover.
