Job summary

redfish solutions ltd is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise building projects in the UAE. The role requires hands-on construction leadership with a track record of delivering safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project delivery, managing teams and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with programme, budget, quality, safety, and contracts.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years GCC construction experience, with UAE exposure preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager on major building projects.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise developments in GCC/UAE.
• Main contracting experience in UAE or GCC is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks' notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health & safety, and contractual requirements.
• Drive project performance while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
