ASGC in Dubai seeks a Senior Construction Manager – Civil to lead landmark high-rise developments across the UAE from mobilization through handover, coordinating design, logistics and on-site execution.

The role demands over 20 years in high-rise building projects, Tier-1 contractor experience in UAE, and outstanding leadership, communication and decision-making to deliver on time, safely and to premium quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years in construction.
• Proven delivery of 25+ storey high-rise developments.
• Experience with Tier-1 main contractors in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Extensive knowledge of high-rise structural systems, formwork, MEP interfaces.
• Ability to manage project controls, QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of high-rise construction from mobilization to handover.
• Manage advanced construction methods including deep basements and climb-form systems.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Optimize floor-cycle performance, crane utilization and resource planning.
• Oversee structural, architectural, façade and MEP interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, QA/QC and HSE.
• Proactively manage risks and coordination throughout execution.
