Job summary

Mode Search is partnering with a prestigious international High Jewellery Maison to recruit a Senior Sales/Grand Vendeur for its Dubai Mall boutique. The role focuses on building a local and international client portfolio, driving High Jewellery sales, and delivering highly personalised service to UHNW clients.

The candidate should be a polished sales professional with an established network, a proactive approach to business development, and a deep passion for fine jewellery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery or High Jewellery.
• Proven experience with UHNW clients in a luxury boutique environment.
• Strong existing client book and network.
• Track record of achieving strong sales results.
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally and maintain visa/work permit.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage a strong personal client portfolio across local and international clientele.
• Drive sales across High Jewellery and core collections.
• Proactively identify and develop new clients through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Leverage existing client network while developing new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with UHNW clients through personalised service and regular communication.
• Work with international teams to maximise cross-market client opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and product knowledge.
• Present jewellery collections with exceptional presentation standards.
• Develop understanding of jewellery, gemstones and diamonds to style clients confidently.
