Qualifications

• Proven track record of placing Portfolio Managers and/or senior research talent with leading hedge funds or proprietary trading firms.
• Strong knowledge of discretionary or systematic investment markets and strategies.
• Deep understanding of investment team structures and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Source and place Portfolio Managers, senior analysts, researchers and other senior investment professionals with leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms.
• Build trusted candidate relationships, understanding their investment approach, track record and career ambitions.
• Manage searches from initial approach through interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
• Build deep market knowledge within your chosen strategy or specialism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence, develop opportunities and deliver successful placements.
