We seek a seasoned Hedge Fund Accountant to lead a team, oversee NAV reviews, and ensure accurate books and records for hedge funds while maintaining strong client and auditor relationships.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, professional development of the accounting team, and refining controls to support regulatory compliance and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Hedge Fund Accounting
• Experience leading a team of fund accountants
• Strong technical fund accounting knowledge
• Ability to manage client and auditor relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Hedge Fund Accounting team to ensure books and records are accurate and compliant.
• Develop and manage a team of fund accountants, including performance reviews and controls.
• Review NAV calculations and daily P&L analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors for year-end financial statements and data provision.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
