Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai seeks an Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to lead NAV calculation, client reporting, and governance across the Fund Administration function. You will manage a team of Account Managers and Fund Accountants, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and regulatory compliance for Hedge Fund clients.

The role requires 7–9 years of fund accounting experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years' experience in a similar role with fund accounting exposure.
• Strong leadership and client service focus with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for varied fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage NAV preparation/review and client deliverables workflow.
• Coordinate transfer agency, audits and regulatory reporting with global teams.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, review PPMs and NAV reporting packages.
• Maintain MIS for senior management and liaise with auditors during audits.
• Ensure SSAE 18 controls and KYC/AML requirements are met.
