Job summary

Morgan Consulting Engineers in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Site Architect to lead on-site delivery of complex healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, design intent, and high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

The candidate will supervise architectural works, review shop drawings and method statements, coordinate with structural and MEP leads, manage RFIs and NCRs, and liaise with hospital operators and authorities to secure inspections and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master’s in healthcare design is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years as Senior Site Architect on large projects.
• Extensive healthcare facilities experience and knowledge of local/international codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site implementation of architectural designs for healthcare and institutional projects.
• Review shop drawings, materials, mockups, and method statements for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other discipline leads to resolve design conflicts.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, and site queries; support value engineering while maintaining functionality.
• Prepare architectural reports, punch lists, and progress updates.
