Innovations Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Healthcare Recruitment to drive client acquisition and growth across the UAE and GCC markets. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and healthcare groups to generate recruitment mandates for doctors, nurses, and allied professionals.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment business development or healthcare staffing sales.
• Experience working with a recruitment agency, healthcare staffing company, hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization.
• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC healthcare recruitment market, particularly UAE and KSA.
• Exposure to European healthcare recruitment markets will be an advantage.
• Proven B2B sales and client acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare manpower requirements across Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare, Paramedics, and other medical professionals.
• Confident in cold calling, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong existing healthcare client network across the Middle East is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and drive business development from Dubai across the wider GCC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new healthcare clients across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and healthcare groups.
• Generate recruitment mandates for doctors, nurses, paramedics, allied healthcare professionals, and other healthcare positions.
• Conduct B2B sales, prospecting, cold calling, meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation through client onboarding and closure.
• Build a strong pipeline of healthcare clients and consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable candidates.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.
• Monitor healthcare recruitment trends and market opportunities across the Middle East.
• Achieve agreed business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
