Job summary

Via Medica Intl in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead the Talent Acquisition Team and drive end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely, compliant hires.

You will also oversee licensing and credentialing, collaborate with agencies, and coach the team to improve time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 58 years of recruitment experience with at least 23 years in a senior or supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of DOH PQR healthcare licensing credentialing processes and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
• Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals (physicians nurses allied health etc.).
• Experience managing and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Talent Acquisition Team; train, mentor and oversee recruiters to ensure targets, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Partner with Hiring Managers for Manpower Planning; understand requirements, budget allocations and workforce planning needs.
• Manage End-to-End Healthcare Recruitment; full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurses, allied health and support staff.
• Ensure Compliance with DOH PQR and Licensing Regulations; assess candidate eligibility and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee Healthcare Licensing and Credentialing; supervise DataFlow processing and licensing exams (DOH/DHA/MOH).
• Collaborate with Recruitment Agencies and External Partners; build partnerships and negotiate terms.
• Conduct Performance Reviews and Provide Coaching; monitor KPIs and develop team capabilities.
