Job summary

Ensemble, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management for health systems, seeks an experienced implementation professional in Dubai. You will lead end-to-end activities—from requirements gathering to deployment—translate requirements into technical specs, and manage integrations with existing platforms.

You will support onboarding and optimize workflows while documenting and guiding project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring technology solutions in healthcare revenue cycle environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to manage integration processes and support client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage integration processes.
• Support client onboarding and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Monitor performance metrics post-implementation and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
