Solventum is seeking a UAE-based Senior Healthcare Implementation Engineer to lead complex customer implementations, HL7 integrations, and go-live readiness. You will drive technical delivery, validation, and knowledge transfer across cross-functional teams in a remote UAE setting.
The role emphasizes hands-on HL7 work, enterprise delivery experience, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in healthcare tech implementations.
- Hands-on HL7 interface experience in enterprise settings.
- Experience leading complex enterprise software implementations with customers and teams.
- Proficiency in HL7 v2.x testing, validation and end-to-end interface checks.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Delivery & Customer Implementations across deployment, integration, and go-live activities.
- Drive Technical Workstreams & Delivery Execution with cross-functional teams.
- Lead Integration Delivery & Solution Configuration for HL7 interfaces and data mappings.
- Lead Validation, Testing & Go-Live Readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide Technical Leadership, Escalation Management & Knowledge Transfer.
- Mentor team members and transfer practical implementation knowledge.
