Job summary

Centivo in Dubai is seeking a benefits paralegal to verify eligibility, draft and maintain plan documents such as SBCs, SPDs, and SMMs, and respond to client inquiries on compliance and customization.

You will manage a book of business for mid-market to enterprise accounts, support training of analysts, and collaborate with internal teams. A 3–5 year background in employee benefits and ERISA knowledge is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employee benefits paralegal or similar professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefits consulting with ERISA and Non-ERISA plans.
• 3-5 years of experience in client management related to self-funded plan document creation and management.
• Exposure to plan/policy documents including amendments and SMMs.
• Typing speed of 60-70 WPM.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility status and plan requirements for accurate inclusion in plan documents
• Draft, finalize, and maintain non-standard or moderately complex benefit plan documents including SBCs, SPDs, and SMMs
• Assist with client and internal department inquiries regarding compliance issues or customization requests
• Support client communications and introductory calls
• Manage a book of business for Mid-Market, Enterprise, or Strategic accounts
• Assist with Junior team members and support training of Analysts and new hires
