Job summary

Centivo is seeking an experienced employee benefits paralegal to manage the Plan Documents team and oversee drafting of SBCs, SPDs, and SOBs for self-funded plans.

You will identify workflow improvements, train new hires on PDM functionality, and collaborate with Configuration and Client Success teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely document delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an employee benefits paralegal or similar role.
• 5+ years in Health & Welfare benefit consulting for ERISA and non-ERISA plans.
• 5+ years in client management for self-funded document creation.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
