Job summary

Confidential Construction in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior contracts professional to lead contract administration across EPC projects, including prime contracts with clients and major subcontracts. You will monitor compliance and drive effective claim handling.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA a bonus), and familiarity with English law and drafting techniques. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA would be an advantage.
• 12 to 15 years of work experience in contracts/claims.
• CLAC or PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-going contracts including monitoring of contract compliance for all projects.
• Ensure appropriate levels of communication with clients and monitor correspondence, data and reports.
• Manage risk and provide strategic approach to claim resolution procedures.
• Lead meetings with clients/contractors to resolve disputes amicably.
• Prepare statements of claims and defences.
• Develop contract synopses to raise awareness among project teams.
• Coordinate with departments and maintain productive relationships.
• Develop and maintain systems for contract administration and reporting.
