Job summary

ENOC is seeking a Hard Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of a modern, multi-tenant commercial building in Dubai. The role oversees a direct delivery and subcontractor team, driving service quality, safety, and compliance while identifying revenue opportunities through tenant-focused services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent professional qualifications.
• IFMA certification or similar industry standards preferred.
• 6–8 years in facilities management hard services with measurable outputs.
• GCC experience and multi-tenant building exposure advantageous.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard services operations for a multi-tenant building.
• Manage direct delivery and subcontractor teams to meet service levels and safety standards.
• Develop SOPs, KPI, and SLA for service providers; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Review budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Conduct regular site audits and safety reviews; ensure compliance with local regulations.
