Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is seeking an Executive - Hard Services to oversee the effective delivery, operation and maintenance of all hard services within the facilities portfolio. The role coordinates maintenance activities, monitors contractor performance, and ensures compliance with HSEQ standards while driving client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes preventive maintenance programs, timely work order closures, and strong coordination with vendors and stakeholders to keep MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant engineering/facilities disciplines.
• 3-5 years of facilities management or hard services operations experience.
• GCC/UAE facilities management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily hard services operations (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire systems, BMS, ELV).
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with schedules and SLAs.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor asset performance for uptime and reliability.
• Track work orders and ensure timely closure within service levels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSEQ standards.

Job description

To support the effective delivery operation and maintenance of all hard services within the assigned facilities portfolio, The Executive - Hard Services is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining optimal functioning of MEP systems to achieve high service quality and client satisfaction.

Operations & Maintenance Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily hard services operations, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, BMS, ELV, and Mechanical systems.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved schedules and SLAs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and assets to identify maintenance requirements and operational issues.
• Monitor asset performance and initiate corrective actions to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Follow up on work orders and ensure closure within agreed service levels.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with service providers and subcontractors for maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Verify completion of works and maintain relevant records and documentation.
• Escalate vendor performance issues to management and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
• Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor validity of statutory certifications and maintenance records.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed by employees and contractors.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Respond promptly to client requests and facility-related concerns.
• Coordinate with tenants, occupants, and client representatives regarding maintenance activities.
• Support achievement of client satisfaction and service excellence objectives.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or Hard Services operations; experience managing MEP systems in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed‑use facilities. GCC/UAE Facilities Management experience preferred.
