Job summary

ShlenPower is seeking a senior growth operator to own acquisition and growth across two products: Attractor and Dlicom. You will build strategy, execute through the right people, measure results, and decide what to scale or kill. The role requires hands-on growth experience across AI and Web3, and deep expertise in paid channels, funnels, and CRO.

The position demands strong analytical skills, budget management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with high ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on growth experience.
• Proven growth cases in both AI and Web3.
• Experience across multiple acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, funnels, CRO, referrals, creators, KOLs, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution and product analytics.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, freelancers, and specialists.
• Excellent English.
• High ownership and ability to operate without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and acquisition for both products.
• Paid acquisition strategy and management of performance specialists.
• Creator, KOL, affiliate, ambassador, and referral programs.
• Acquisition funnels, pages, onboarding, activation, and CRO.
• Growth campaigns and experimentation.
• External agencies, freelancers, creators, and growth partners.
• Growth analytics, attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Budget allocation across channels and experiments.
• Identifying new scalable acquisition channels.
• For Attractor, a major focus will be creator acquisition and activation.
• For Dlicom, the focus will include user and creator acquisition, app activation, ecosystem participation, and retention.
