Leo i-Mech International Pvt Ltd seeks a Senior Goodwill Valuation Testing Specialist to lead impairment assessments, valuation analyses, and financial modeling. This fully remote role supports UAE-based operations and interacts with finance, accounting, valuation, corporate development, and external audit teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in goodwill impairment testing, robust IFRS knowledge, and advanced financial modeling capabilities, with a strong emphasis on CGU analysis and

Formación

• Experience in goodwill impairment testing.
• Familiarity with IAS 36 and related reporting frameworks.
• Ability to review forecasts, discount rates, and valuation assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct annual and event-driven goodwill impairment assessments.
• Develop and review discounted cash flow models for impairment testing.
• Assess recoverable amounts using value-in-use vs. fair-value methodologies.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, valuation, and audit teams for accurate reporting.
