Job summary

At AECOM, we seek a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead geotechnical design, investigations, and construction support across infrastructure and transportation projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, interpret geotechnical data, and develop ground models while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires solid field and office collaboration, adherence to standards, and delivering high-quality reports within project budgets and schedules, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a geotechnical related field from an accredited university.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Chartered Engineer / PE or equivalent is advantageous.
• Professional registration in UAE, Qatar or Bahrain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical design and analysis with minimal supervision.
• Execute moderate to complex portions of multidisciplinary assignments.
• Lead data collection and interpretation of geotechnical investigations.
• Prepare design reports, calculations, and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure project quality and schedules.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, environmental, and construction teams.
• Support during construction and site inspections.
