Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support Dubai infrastructure and transportation projects.

You will conduct ground investigations, interpret geotechnical data and develop practical solutions for foundations, earthworks, slopes and ground-improvement systems. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, production of technical reports and providing design-support during construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
Two to eight years geotechnical engineering experience.
Experience with geotechnical investigations, design and construction support.
Chartered Engineer or equivalent registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform geotechnical engineering tasks within multidisciplinary project teams.
Plan and support ground investigations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
Review and interpret geotechnical investigation data.
Develop geotechnical ground models for design conditions.
Prepare geotechnical reports, calculations and specifications.
Support foundation design and ground-improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal disciplines.
